Job Summary
Job Purpose:
The purpose of theParts and Supplies AccountManagerisTomeet or exceed the assigned Mingledorffs objectives for a designated territory and to promote directly and/or indirectly the sales of the Companys products and services with the overall best interests of the Company. The focus of concentration will be around Parts and Supplies to this customer base.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed annual salesgoal asassigned by After Market Sales Manager (ASM).
Make direct sales calls toinsuregrowing sales and profitability of the Parts and Supplies business segment. Process includes quotingorderingand following up on orders.
Conduct sales calls to mechanical contractors school boards universities apartment groups residentialdealersand other potential customers outside the normal dealer base as assigned byASM (s).
Ensure Parts & Supplies price book and manuals areup-to-date.
Partner with Aftermarket Manager and Marketing department to enhance Mingledorffs Parts Preseason programs.
Work closely with Mingledorffs inventory department to stock adequateSKUsto produce budgeted Turns/Earns of Parts & Supplies products.
Educate and train individual Distribution Center Managers todeterminelocal stocking levels ofSKUsto build and support client needs.
Build relationships with clients to increase their Parts & Supplies purchases from the Company.
Attend at least 16 hours of business or product training annually.
Maintain knowledge of competitors products and services.

Qualifications:
Technical School Diploma in HVAC/R orBachelors Degreepreferred in Business
5 years HVAC/R or Refrigeration experience
5 years Inside or Outside Sales experience
Customer Service experience
Proven time management and organization skills
Ability to make quick decisions based on limited information
Excellent communication skills and professional approach to sales
Excellent Business writing skills
Possess a valid drivers license
Possess a satisfactory driving record asdeterminedby company driver policies
TravelRequirement:
Up to50%traveltocustomersbranches and other operating companiesrequiringsome overnight stay travel toindustry relatedconferences and training requiring some extended stay
