Partnerships Manager

About the Role

Talarico for Texas is building a movement to take back power for working people. The campaign is seeking a full-time Partnerships Manager to build relationships and coordinate engagements with a diverse network of high-impact cultural figures who support our movement.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and maintain relationships with a broad range of high-profile cultural figures who believe in our movement and want to support the campaign serving as the primary point of contact for talent representatives principal aides and managers.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive engagement calendar to maximize key moments through Election Day executing on proposals that allow partners to engage in unique ways that are tailored to their interests and align with the campaigns message.
• Monitor outreach from high-profile individuals to the campaign inbox the candidates social media platforms and other mediums to ensure prompt response and engagement.
• Maintain organized records and tracking documents for outreach partnership ideas agreed-upon commitments and finalized deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in political campaigns talent relations or a related field.
• Experience working with high-profile individuals including by developing memos storyboards and messaging guidance for their engagements.
• Demonstrated strength in communications and an ability to identify relevant voices for tailored content opportunities around key moments.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
