Type: Contractual / Project-Based / Fixed-Term (4-6 months)
Start date: As soon as possible
Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (Med/Surg ICU or ER preferred); primary background as a nurse practitioner aide porter OT PT PSW or any healthcare clinician role preferred. Experience as a preceptor charge nurse or clinical educator is a huge plus. You must be comfortable speaking to groups and teaching peers.

Are you a healthcare clinician looking to leverage your clinical experience in a new innovative way Able Innovations is seeking dynamic individuals from the healthcare industry to join our Customer Success Team.
As an Partnerships and Success Specialist you will be providing care for the caregivers. You will serve as the on-site expert training hospital staff on how to use our cutting-edge technology to improve safety and efficiency. You will represent us as our boots-on-the-ground representative during critical product launches and implementation phases.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology education and human connection.
This is a contractual fixed-term role for an expected duration of 4-6 months based in Boston MA with local and regional travel to healthcare facilities in the USA. You will be the face of Able Innovations in your territory with support from our Toronto HQ.

- Support Your Colleagues: Our technology is designed to reduce staff injury and burnout. You will be the champion helping other clinical staff work more safely.
- Leadership Opportunity: Play a key role in leading site activities supporting stakeholder relationships and driving successful adoption during an important period of implementation and change.
- Use Your Clinical Background in a New Way: Your focus will be on education support workflow adoption customer advocacy and measurable success outcomes.
- On-Site Training: Lead hands-on training sessions for hospital staff (nurses porters techs) on the safe and effective use of Able Innovations equipment.
- Go-Live Support: Provide at-the-elbow support during shift changes and peak hours to ensure staff feel confident using the new technology in real-time.
- Site Leadership: Serve as Able Innovations primary on-site lead during the assignment period helping coordinate day-to-day implementation activity and acting as a reliable point of contact for the customer site.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with frontline teams managers educators and hospital leadership to support successful adoption and a strong customer experience.
- Clinical Advocacy: Bridge the gap between engineering and nursing. Translate technical features into clinical benefits (e.g. Here is how this device helps you turn a patient with zero back strain).
- Adoption Monitoring: Observe usage on the floor identify barriers to adoption and gently encourage hesitant staff to try the new workflow.
- Feedback Loop: Report site-specific feedback bugs or wins back to the Able Innovations headquarters to help us improve our product.
- Account Support: Help drive overall account success by identifying opportunities to improve engagement strengthen site-level advocacy and support long-term adoption.
You will be successful if you are:
- Passionate about healthcare technology and innovation.
- Love working with people and can make complex things feel approachable.
- Experienced in clinical education implementation or client support in healthcare settings.
- A clear communicator-comfortable leading both group demos and 1-on-1 support.
- Resourceful organized and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Open to frequent travel across North America.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (Med/Surg ICU or ER) preferred.
- Experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) RPN/LPN Nursing Aide Porter OT PT PSW or any healthcare clinician role.
- Experience as a preceptor charge nurse or clinical educator is a huge plus. You must be comfortable speaking to groups and teaching peers.
- Ability to be comfortable with learning new hardware/software and troubleshooting basic issues.
- Personality that is approachable empathetic and persuasive.
- Valid D drivers license.
