We are currently in search of a Partnership Activation Manager to join our Corporate Partnerships team! The Partnership Activation Manager is responsible for the seamless execution of corporate partnerships with a primary focus on employee engagement and event-based activations. This role ensures that partner commitments are translated into high-quality mission-aligned experiences that deepen engagement strengthen relationships and drive measurable impact. Working cross-functionally with Mission Impact Marketing & Communications and Corporate Partnerships this role serves as the primary liaison with the donor to coordinate the execution of employee engagement opportunities including volunteer events campaigns activations and partner experiences from planning through delivery. This position plays a critical role in ensuring flawless implementation strong partner experiences and consistent donor stewardship aligning with broader partnership goals and organizational priorities.
Note: The ideal candidate for this position will work hybrid from our corporate office in Oklahoma City OK however all qualified candidates will be considered nationwide.
Job Requirements:
Education
Bachelors degree (BA BS) or equivalent with emphasis in nonprofit management business communications or another related field is preferred.
Experience
35 years of experience in partnership implementation events employee engagement or nonprofit program delivery.
Experience supporting or executing corporate partnerships and events preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Teams and SharePoint required.
Any combination of education training and experience which provides the required knowledge skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of this job may be considered.
Essential Functions:
Partnership implementation and execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of employee engagement initiatives and employee volunteer activations tied to corporate partnerships.
- Translate partnership agreements into clear implementation plans timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure all partner-facing commitments related to engagement and events are executed on time and with excellence.
- Serve as the primary internal liaison for employee engagement components of partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with Mission Impact Marketing & Communications and Finance to execute partnership delivery.
- Ensure all internal stakeholders are aligned on timelines expectations and deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external partners.
Partner Experience & Stewardship
- Execute engaging mission-aligned experiences (e.g. employee events packing events campaigns workplace giving activations).
- Collaborate with account management to align engagement opportunities with partner goals and growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance partner engagement through innovative formats and scalable models.
- Coordinate all employee engagement aspects of partner events including management of run-of-show documents event timelines and execution checklists.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure readiness across program delivery communications and operations.
- Support both in-person and virtual/hybrid engagement experiences.
- Deliver exceptional partner experiences that reflect organizational values and deepen relationships.
- Support customized stewardship through event-based touchpoints engagement recaps and follow-up communications.
- Gather partner feedback and identify opportunities to enhance future engagement.
- Maintain accurate tracking of engagement activities event deliverables and participation metrics in CRM systems.
- Support reporting on engagement outcomes participation and impact.
- Ensure all activities align with organizational standards compliance requirements and partnership agreements.
Additional Responsibilities
- Travel requirements for this position are estimated to be up to 60% of the work time during peak times 15-20% during non-peak times.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality which are critical in order to complete the day-to-day tasks of this position.
- Establish an environment of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning a commitment to quality welcomes and encourages collaboration and fosters both intra and inter-departmental dialogue and respect.
