The Partner Communications Manager US Hispanic is responsible for driving marketing innovation and raising the creative bar with indirect Channel Partners while upholding the integrity of the Apple brand. This role strategically leads marketing effectiveness through Apples partner channels influencing global strategies fostering collaboration and ensuring impactful communications that resonate with customers.
Drive innovative partner strategies and impactful creative work for Apple products and creative work through a deep understanding of the Apple brand our partners brands commercial priorities market trends and with global teams to understand macro and communications trends for Apple services and findings into insights to drive optimization of future advertising digital and in-store closely with Partner Communications teams to develop strategies and communication and drive processes to improve the quality and efficiency of partner extensively across internal and external teams including carriers retailers banks small u0026 medium businesses and media content and contribute to the global network of Geo Partner Communications Managers sharing best practices and takeaways.
10 years of experience in marketing communications in an international account management and/or strategy role at an Advertising or Creative Agency and/or Brand focused on building brands and driving business in analyzing partner businesses marketing strategies and consumer insights (B2C and B2B) to identify opportunities and develop effective communication and social platform experience (e-commerce content CRM customer segmentation personalized marketing techniques performance marketing digital in-store) delivering a compelling product experience and marketing optimization and testing throughout the customer journey across markets. nExperience with US Hispanic or multicultural in English Spanish and/or Portuguese.
Passion for phenomenal work with skillful ability to influence both external and internal thoughtful strategy builds innovative communication plans and develops extraordinary creative and integrated in a cross-functional team flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment as a member of a high-performing team with the ability to written and verbal communication skills; can build and maintain positive relationships with collaborators at peer and manager all degree MBA or advanced business degree.
