Job Description:	Assist with project setup and maintenance for various specialty and ornamental crops Perform key plant maintenance tasks including but not limited to fertilization pH and EC monitoring potting up weed management pest scouting and plant propagation. Aid in harvesting and processing plant material for data collection and sample analysis. Monitor and adjust environmental controls such as temperature humidity and light levels in greenhouse settings to optimize plant growth conditions.
Expected Salary:	$18.00-$20.00
Required Qualifications:	Effective oral and written communication. Must be able to work in hot and humid environments. Ability to adhere to safety protocols and best practices when handling plants chemicals and equipment. Work well in a team setting.
Preferred:	Associate degree or ongoing education in Biology Horticulture Botany Plant Science Agronomy or related fields. Experience with greenhouse management and plant cultivation. Pesticide application experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (Outlook Excel Word Teams).
