We are currently seeking passionate driven individuals to join our founding DFW team with hiring and training underway through the end of fall 2026. The Enrichery offers Academic Coaching Test Preparation and College Admissions services to students of all ages. We are looking for individuals who share our passion for student success and who are energized by the opportunity to grow alongside a company that genuinely invests in its people.

About the role:

We are seeking a communicative nurturing and self-directed Part Time Trainer who thrives in an independent role and takes pride in setting the standard for what it means to be an Enrichery Academic Coach. As the first professional touchpoint for our newest DFW hires this person will play a pivotal role in shaping first impressions of our company and establishing The Enricherys culture in a brand new market.

This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable leading a room and working autonomously someone who does not need to be micromanaged to deliver excellence and who genuinely enjoys being the kind of professional others look to as a model.

  • Maintaining a flexible schedule with up to two working weeks per month ideal for retired or part-time teachers and adjunct professors

  • Contributing to curriculum development and staying current on educational trends

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the first point of contact and professional role model for new Academic Coach hires setting a strong and lasting first impression of The Enrichery

  • Leading training sessions for new hires on our test preparation curriculum (ISEE ACT SAT) and executive functioning framework during monthly week-long trainings (one to two per month)

  • Developing a thorough understanding of our company our clients and our communities in order to train new hires to exceed client expectations and embody our company culture from day one

  • Equipping new hires with clear expectations practical tools and the confidence to excel in their roles

  • Collaborating with our Lead Trainer to keep training materials current and aligned with educational trends academic and school district calendars and standardized testing protocols; contributing Dallas-Fort Worth school district knowledge as it applies

  • Following up with new hires after the completion of training to assess fit reinforce key concepts and ensure mastery of training materials

  • Modeling The Enricherys values and culture throughout every aspect of the training experience especially as we establish our identity in a new market



Requirements
  • Previous instructional and/or tutoring experience with the ability to communicate SAT/ACT content and effective teaching strategies clearly and confidently

  • Comfort working independently and taking initiative without day-to-day oversight

  • Paid training and shadowing with our Lead Trainer prior to leading sessions independently which may include one to two weeks of travel to our Houston office; travel expenses and lodging are fully covered by The Enrichery

  • Standard working hours may vary but are typically one to two weeks per month including Sundays from 10:00am to 4:00pm and Monday through Thursday from 4:00pm to 8:30pm with flexibility to select your available weeks each month based on academic calendars and client demand
