Consistent with the Agreement between the North Canton City Schools Board of Education and the North Canton Education Association the following position is being posted for the period of Augustor until filled.

Part-Time Title I Tutor

• Contract Type: Individual Small Group Instructor
• Part-time: Approximately 10 hours per week
• Building: St. Paul School
• Effective Dates: 2026-27 school year
• The main task will be toprovide small group reading instruction and intervention focused on phonological awareness phonics fluency vocabulary comprehension and writing to students in grades K to 8. Candidates should be knowledgeable in diagnosing reading deficits providing data-based small group reading instruction and administering progress monitoring assessments. The person in this position will also assist with compliance with Title I-A federal regulations for equitable services.
• Required Licensure: Candidates must have at least one of the following certificates:
  • PreK-12 or K-12 Reading Endorsement
  • Elementary (K-8) or (1-8)
