Part-time Testing Center Proctor

Bishop Ireton has an opening for a Testing Center Proctor beginning in January 2027.

The part-time Testing Center Proctor will serve as a school-based support to faculty and students by providing supervision of the schools testing center administering faculty-provided assessments throughout the instructional day. This position works Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:45am to 3:15pm and reports to the Assistant Principal/Dean of Faculty.

Position Summary:
Provide testing center supervision administration of assessments and care of proper assessment return to faculty members. It is expected that appropriate student supervision and testing center management will be provided in accordance with school policies and procedures. Assessments will be provided by each teacher as needed. Code of conduct (ie phone uniform
etc) will be enforced.

This is a limited part-time position at 15 hours per week (with the opportunity for additional hours through classroom proctoring). The rate of pay is $20-$22 per hour.

The candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues. This individual must promote the Catholic mission of the school.
