Summary:

The Studio Associate is responsible for executing the overall plan and purpose of the hospitals broadcast studio as established and directed by the Broadcast Studio Producer. This role is central to creating and delivering high-quality broadcast content with a primary focus on the patient and family experience. The Associate Producer will be deeply involved in all three phases of productionpre-production production and post-productionensuring the highest possible production value in every program and project. A key responsibility is to understand the synergy between the broadcast station (CLZ-TV) and the medical center ensuring all content supports a positive therapeutic and engaging environment for patients and their families.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of professional experience in television production broadcasting or a similar media role.
• Demonstrated proficiency with professional video editing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Strong understanding of broadcast equipment including switchers cameras and audio boards.
• Strong portfolio or reel showcasing a range of production skills from camera operation to post-production.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
