Part Time Receptionist Cashier

INFINITI of Cincinnati is looking for a friendly dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist / Cashier to be the first point of contact for our dealership. If you enjoy helping people thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in providing exceptional customer service wed love to meet you.

This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming experience for every customer while supporting our sales and service teams with administrative and cashiering responsibilities.

Schedule:

• Monday Thursday: 4:00 PM 8:00 PM
• Some Saturdays required

• $16.00 per hour

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the dealership
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Process customer payments accurately for sales and service transactions
• Balance and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate payment records
• Assist with filing data entry and general administrative tasks
• Keep the reception area clean organized and welcoming
• Provide administrative support to the sales and service departments as needed
• Respond to customer questions and direct them to the appropriate department
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction

• Previous receptionist cashier retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers phones and basic office software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable punctual and team-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
