FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Lehi Utah is expanding and seeking aLicensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)who enjoys hands-on care teamwork and helping patients regain confidence in movement.

This isnot a high-volume therapy mill. Our clinic model supports focused treatment sessions collaboration with Physical Therapists and measurable patient outcomes.

Average12 patient visits per day
Time to focus onindividualized treatment plans
Collaboration with experienced Physical Therapists

AI-assisted documentationto reduce after-hours charting
Specializedvestibular and balance rehabilitation equipment
Organized clinic workflows that keep your day running smoothly

Base Pay: $30 $35 per hour (based on experience)

Professional Development

Free CEUs and certification programs through FYZICAL College includingBalance Pelvic Health and Orthopedic tracks
$1000 annual salary increase for each completed FYZICAL College certification (Balance Pelvic or Ortho)
$1250 annual CEU reimbursement

Implement treatment programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs
Provide manual therapy techniques as directed
Educate patients on home exercise programs
Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
Maintain a supportive team-focused clinic environment

Active Utah Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licenseor license eligibility
Graduate of anaccredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Strong communication and patient engagement skills
