Job Summary:This position is dedicated to the provision of concierge-level medical care hospitality and customer service to specific individual clients or specific locations for members staff and Care Paramedicwill provide quality and excellence in the delivery of emergency and preventative medical careand trainingservices to patientsand local providers. This role is critical in setting and exceeding delivery and service expectations for clients and team members. 12-hour shiftEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Provides mentorship and training to localSecuritystaff EMRs and Fire & Safety personnel in best practices aligned with U.S. NREMT NAEMT AHA standards and team dynamics ensuring excellence in medical policies and preventative therapeutic and emergency medical care to assigned clients members staff and referrals and consultations withU.S healthcarelocal and remote physicians including telemedicine all supplies medical equipment and emergency response vehicles according to manufacturers recommendations inventory of all medical supplies and equipment on the medications and supplies for restock through the correct records system and reporting of all patient developing ormaintainingpolicies and procedures for all clinicaloperationsincluding telemedicine capabilities and medical monthlyconsolidatedreports for clinical services provided as andmaintainsaccuraterecords for servicesrenderedas cleaning care and disinfection of the clinic and work area is safe by conducting inspections to ensure first aid kits are up to date safety procedures are being followed hazards are addressed and incidents are reportedDevelops and presents training programs for staff and clients as -home concierge medical and emergency response services may be required/ other duties as reasonably and Experience Requirements:High school diploma or the equivalent isrequired;Associate degreeor equivalent experience in an applicable field isrequiredFloridaParamedic certification isrequiredor the ability to obtain prior to PALS ACLS and PHTLS provider certifications arerequiredinstructor certifications preferred.5 years of 911 ALS field experience of 3 years of experience in Critical Care Transport oran equivalentsetting credentials include AHA Instructor cardsAMLSPEPPor Care Emergency Medical Transport Program (CCEMTP) Certified Critical Care Paramedic (CCP-C) or Certified Flight Paramedic (FP-C) credentials through the International College of Advanced Practice Paramedics or equivalent is strongly preferredExperience interacting with high-net-worth individuals is preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Knowledge andproficiencyin working in a clinical Service able to personally providea high levelof interactive service to targeted customer base/market building relationships and acting as internal company Orientation & Interpersonal highly motivated passionate and creative team-player withabilityto develop andmaintaincollaborative relationships with all levels within and external to the able to effectively and persuasively express self verbally and in writing using correct language and grammar in a professionaldiplomaticand tactful & Time Management able to work independently with minimal supervision planningschedulingand organizing a professional schedule to complete actions within established deadlines handling multiple priorities with strong attention to & Software proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software : 12-hour shifts
