• $17.00 per hour
• Mileage reimbursement for approved travel between A to Z Building Blocks locations

• Approximately 15 hours per week
• Work is completed after center closing (6:30 p.m.) on weekdays or on weekends
• Flexible schedule coordinated based on project and maintenance needs

• A reliable personal vehicle
• A valid drivers license
• A clean driving record
• Willingness to travel between locations as needed

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to bend squat kneel climb stairs and stand for extended periods
• Must be able to safely use ladders and painting equipment
• Must be able to move safely throughout each facility

• Complete interior and exterior touch-up painting projects
• Prepare surfaces by sanding patching caulking and cleaning before painting
• Perform basic handyman and small maintenance repairs
• Complete miscellaneous maintenance and odd jobs as assigned
• Respond to maintenance requests from center leadership
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Use tools and equipment safely and responsibly
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Complete projects efficiently with attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with directors and team members
• Document completed work and provide project updates as needed

• Previous painting handyman construction or general maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of painting techniques surface preparation and minor repairs
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Dependable punctual and committed to producing quality work
• Strong attention to safety cleanliness and detail
• Ability to prioritize projects across multiple locations
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must pass all required background clearances
• Current valid drivers license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Willingness to travel between A to Z Building Blocks locations
