Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Optometrist to provide care in a structured outpatient clinic-based environment in Elizabethtown KY.

This is a clinic-based role where youll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated community-focused setting serving senior populations.

The Setting

This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model.

We manage equipment supplies scheduling and billing logistics allowing you to focus entirely on delivering high-quality optometry care.

What Youll Do

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
• Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice
• Prescribe corrective lenses and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
• Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
• Active Kentucky optometry license
• Experience treating senior populations preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments

Schedule

• 1 day per month
• Typical hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm
• Weekday availability
• No nights
• No weekends

Compensation:

• $800-$900 per day
• Independent Contractor (1099)
