About The Opportunity

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Optometrist (OD) to provide care in a structured outpatient clinic-based environment in Peoria IL.

This is a clinic-based role where youll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated community-focused setting serving senior populations.

The Setting

This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model.

We manage equipment supplies scheduling and billing logisticsallowing you to focus entirely on delivering high-quality vision care.

What Youll Do
  • Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
  • Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice
  • Prescribe corrective lenses and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
  • Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
  • Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting

Qualifications
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
  • Active Illinois optometry license
  • Experience treating senior populations preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
  • Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments
Schedule
  • 1 weekday per month (MondayThursday)
  • Typical hours: 8:30 AM4:30 PM
  • No nights
  • No weekends
  • No billing or administrative responsibilities
