What Youll Do

• Perform comprehensive eye exams for seniors and underserved populations
• Diagnose and manage a range of ocular conditions
• Prescribe lenses and collaborate with facility staff to support resident needs
• Provide education on preventive eye care and condition management
• Create a respectful comfortable and patient-centered environment

What Were Looking For

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
• Active Kentucky Optometry license
• Experience with geriatric or mobile care is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a warm empathetic approach
• Ability to work independently in facility-based environments

Schedule

• 12 days per month
• Weekday flexibility
• Standard 8-hour day typically 8:30 AM4:30 PM (No weekends)
