What You Will Earn

• $17 per hour guaranteed starting pay including base pay and guaranteed tips
• After three months guaranteed pay increases to $18 per hour

You will receive a consistent assigned schedule with the same workdays each week. Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on the schedule selected. Your availability and schedule options will be reviewed during the interview process.

What You Will Do

• Host live Blackjack Roulette and Baccarat games on camera
• Welcome and engage online players in a friendly and professional way
• Follow game procedures and on screen instructions accurately
• Keep each game moving smoothly and confidently
• Bring energy focus and personality to every shift
• Complete paid training through Evolution Academy before hosting live games

You will not handle cash or work directly with customers in person.

• Feel comfortable speaking and appearing on camera
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Bring a positive attitude and professional presence
• Can follow instructions and procedures accurately
• Are reliable punctual and committed to your assigned schedule
• Can consistently work your selected 12 16 or 24 hour weekly schedule
• Are available for evenings weekends holidays or overnight shifts based on your assigned schedule
• Experience in retail restaurants hospitality customer service entertainment or another public facing role is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a New Jersey gaming license
• Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
• Comfortable wearing the assigned uniform and maintaining professional appearance standards
• Able to remain seated or standing during assigned games
• Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
• Able to complete paid training before beginning live games

Additional Information :

• Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
