Are you a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity Synergy Care is seeking a licensed COTA to join our therapy team at Mira at Maumelle & StoneBridge Senior Living-Conway in Maumelle/Conway AR. If you are passionate about helping others improve their independence and quality of life we would love to hear from you!

Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist you will:

Implement individualized treatment plans
Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional patient care
Help create meaningful and engaging therapy experiences for residents

Associates degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Current Arkansas COTA license
NBCOT Certification
CPR Certification (preferred)
