Part-Time Nurse Practitioner Wound Care – Hudson, FL

Location: Hudson Florida
Schedule: Part-Time 23 days per week
Practice: In collaboration with Healogics and Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point Hospital

Healogics is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our wound care team in Hudson FL providing specialized care in collaboration with Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point.

This is a great opportunity for an NP seeking a flexible part-time schedule of 23 days per week while specializing in the treatment and management of chronic and complex wounds.

• Evaluate and manage patients with chronic and complex wounds
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Perform wound assessments and appropriate procedures including debridement
• Monitor patient progress and healing outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians nursing staff and other members of the multidisciplinary team
• Provide patient and family education related to wound care and prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Part-time schedule: 23 days per week
