Hawaiian Building Maintenance (HBM) has been providing quality service since 1957. We are one of the largest facility service providers in the State of Hawaii. We currently perform janitorial building services mechanical engineering HVAC and maintenance services for numerous commercial retail and residential properties on Oahu Kauai Maui and the Big Island.

-Position: Night Porter - Custodial
-Location: Honolulu HI 96813
-Schedule: Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM (17.5 hours weekly)
-Compensation per hour:$17.00
Key Responsibilities and Requirements Include:
-Ability to work both as part of a team and independently on assigned tasks.
-Cleaning and maintaining the location which includes: sweeping dusting mopping sanitizing and vacuuming.
-Cleaning restrooms and storage areas.
-Removing trash replacing liners and disposing of waste in designated areas.
-Restocking supplies.
-Candidates must be capable of standing walking bending reaching (including overhead) grasping objects kneeling crawling squatting climbing stooping stretching pressing pushing pulling carrying and lifting a minimum of 2030 lbs.
-Performing additional tasks as directed by the HBM supervisor.
-Must successfully pass the HBM prescreen check.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
