Part-Time Night Auditor

• Perform nightly audit of guest accounts ensuring accuracy between front desk housekeeping and accounting systems.
• Reconcile daily hotel transactions prepare reports and balance financial records.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests checking in/out during overnight hours.
• Handle guest inquiries requests and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Monitor hotel security and safety during the night shift.
• Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.

• Previous experience in hospitality preferably as a night auditor or front desk associate.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts independently.
• Ability to work Thursday and Friday overnight shifts.
• Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
