Part-Time Mental Health Therapist

Location: 20116 Ashbrook Place Suite 110 Ashburn Virginia

Hourly Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 an hour depending on experience

Schedule: Part-time; Clinic is open Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 7:00pm

• Provide individual family and group therapy for adolescents enrolled in an IOP/PHP program.
• Maintain a focused caseload and collaborate with families to support treatment goals progress and discharge planning.
• Complete clinical documentation treatment plans and progress notes accurately and on time.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate treatment and ensure quality care.

• Required: Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Marriage & Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field.
• Required: Active Virginia clinical licensure as an LCSW LPC or LMFT (or equivalent independent clinical license recognized by the Virginia Board); experience with adolescents IOP PHP or higher-acuity behavioral health settings preferred.

Preferred Experience:

• 1 year of clinical experience in a residential IOP or PHP setting.
• Experience using relational experiential and systemic modalities.
• Passion for working with adolescents young adults and families.
• Willingness to obtain aCAQH profileandNPIduring onboarding.
