As our Maintenance Technician youll help ensure the hotel remains safe functional and welcoming for both guests and team members by:

• Responding promptly to guest maintenance requests.
• Performing preventative maintenance throughout the hotel.
• Completing minor plumbing electrical painting drywall carpentry and general repair work.
• Troubleshooting and repairing guestroom equipment and hotel fixtures.
• Replacing light bulbs air filters electrical switches outlets and other building components.
• Inspecting hotel systems and reporting maintenance concerns before they become larger issues.
• Maintaining tools equipment and inventory of maintenance supplies.
• Communicating completed work and outstanding issues with the engineering team.
• Assisting with seasonal and weather-related duties including treating outdoor walkways during inclement weather.
• Following all company safety procedures and maintaining a clean organized work environment.
• Providing friendly professional service while interacting with guests and fellow associates.

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience preferred ideally in hospitality facilities or commercial buildings.
• Working knowledge of plumbing electrical carpentry painting HVAC and general building maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds climb ladders bend stoop and stand for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• This is a part-time position requiring availability every Monday and Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Consistent attendance during these scheduled days is essential as youll play a key role in maintaining the hotel and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests and team members.
