• Provide personal care including bathing grooming dressing and hygiene
• Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping laundry and errands
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Help create a safe comfortable and positive home environment

• Current NH LNA or PCA certification preferred
• Caregiving experience preferred
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Compassion patience and dependability
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to pass a background check and meet NH compliance requirements
• Dementia Training Certification is a plus
