Schedule: Morning Shift 5:30 AM-12:00 PM Part-Time

Were looking for a dependable and motivated Morning Lifeguard to help create a safe welcoming environment for everyone who starts their day at the Wellness Center.

As a Lifeguard youll help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone who visits the Wellness Center. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring pool and spa areas to maintain a safe environment
• Performing routine water testing and documenting results
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the pool locker rooms and common areas
• Building positive relationships with members guests and visitors
• Assisting with swim lessons programs and special events as scheduled
• Responding appropriately to emergencies and safety concerns
• Supporting daily Wellness Center operations as needed

Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Looking for meaningful part-time work in a community-centered environment

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Strong swimming abilities including:
  • Swimming 300 yards using freestyle and breaststroke
  • Treading water for 2 minutes without using hands
  • Retrieving a 10-pound object from 7-10 feet of water and returning it within required time standards
• Willingness to complete Lifeguard Certification CPR and First Aid training
• Previous experience working with or supporting individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required
• Must pass required background checks and screenings

No lifeguard certification No problem. Well provide the training and certification you need at no cost to you.
