Part Time Labor Recycling

Job Overview:

The part-time labor position at the recycling center is to assist the public with their recycled materials in a drive through environment.

Specific Tasks Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe efficient facility
• Provide excellent customer service to the public
• Operate forklift box truck balers and grinders
• Assisting other areas with any needs requests or complaints
• All other duties as assigned

Worker Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid drivers license required
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Able to comprehend retain and carry out instructions
• Able to work with unclean materials
• Able to multitask

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

• Capable of performing physical labor some of which can be demanding
• Able to constantly stand walk bend and reach for items (may be repetitive motions)
• Able to lift push/pull a weight of up to 50lbs
• Withstand exposure variable temperatures (including extreme hot/cold)
• Perform job around various elements (i.e. animals dust and allergens
