Part Time Fulfillment Pick and Pack Associate

You will accurately process pick pack and prepare custom retail shelf-edge labeling and merchandising products for shipment. This is a fast-paced hands-on role where attention to detail ensures our clients receive exactly what they need to drive sales on the store floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Accurately read and interpret work orders to pick sort and package printed materials and merchandising kits according to client specifications.
• Quality Control: Inspect materials for printing flaws damage or sorting errors before packaging.
• Packaging & Labeling: Pack orders securely and apply accurate shipping and product labels to prevent transit damage and guarantee on-time delivery.
• Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts monitor supply levels and assist in stowing incoming stock correctly.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipmentsuch as pallet jacks and hand trucksto transport materials across the production floor.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean organized workspace and adhere to all Vestcom safety and health regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse fulfillment or print-production experience is preferred.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for long shifts and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to use scanning devices or warehouse management software.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong reading and critical thinking skills to interpret work orders and ensure 100% order accuracy.
• Team Player: Strong oral communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-moving team environment.
