Applications for part-time faculty positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed if openings become available for San Jac Online. These positions are not current vacancies. Instructors employed as part-time faculty are not entitled to all the rights privileges and benefits of regular full-time employees. Part-time faculty are hired on an as needed basis and will work for the duration of time specified by the respective courses. Faculty are assigned to teach courses using online delivery methods based on the teaching area and the needs of students and the College. All San Jac Online faculty should reside in the state of Texas.

Required Qualifications:

• Masters Degree with eighteen (18) graduate hours in Philosophy or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in teaching in higher education in an online format.

Salary Grade:AH

Salary is based on the Board-approved salary schedule for the current fiscal year.See Salary Schedule
