Position Summary: PerformsgeneralEnvironmental Services(EVS)/Housekeeping and otherassignedlabortasksrelatedtotheoperation and upkeepoftheMax M. and Marjorie S. Fisher Music Center(hereby referred to as The Max).CleansandmaintainsDSObuildings/ instructionspre-established guidelinesexperienceandjudgmenttoperformtherequired .

SpecificDuties & Responsibilities:

• Vacuumdustandwetmopallfloorspaces throughoutOrchestra Hall theCube practice roomspublicareas the carpetsinall areasofthe Maxas cleansseats throughoutOrchestra Hallasassigned.

• Cleanand sanitizerestrooms dressing rooms andlocker roomsincludingcountertops sinks urinalsshowersmirrorslightfixturesandtoilets.
• Replenishpapersupplies(towelsetc.)inrestroomsasneeded.

• Cleanseandsanitizecounter topsmirrorslight fixturesand wallsthroughout theMaxareasas moldingsframesand furniture throughout the center as needed.

• Emptytrash receptaclesreplace liners and cleanreceptaclesinrestroomsoffices lounges and other public areas.

• Pick-up trash debris from groundssidewalksparkinglotsandotherrelatedpropertiesoftheMax.

• Stockcleanandinventorysupplystorageareas.

• As scheduledbythe EVSManagerprovideEVS supportto FrontofHouse management duringDSOperformancesandthird-partyfacility equipment/furnishingsforspecialeventfunctions.

• Performotherdutiesandprojectsassigned.

SpecificWork /Hours:Hoursmaybeassignedusingany combinationofweekandweekendhours(morningafternoonseveningsandnighttime hours).Overtimewill berequiredperiodicallyincluding evening show assignments as scheduled.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years experiencein environmental services and/or housekeeping.

• Strong communicationskillsand experienceinteractingprofessionallywith a varietyof Techswill interact withpatronsDSOstaffandmusicians guest artists students etc.

• Ability to act independently take initiative and meet changing priorities.

• Successful experience working in and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• 3 years experiencein environmental services and/or housekeeping.
