Part-time evening Custodian

Merchants BankWinona is hiring a part-time hours for this position will generally be 3 evenings/week (Monday-Friday) 6pm-10pm. During the winter months generally working every 4thSaturday from 10am-2pm. More shifts will be available to cover in times of vacations or sickness. This position will involve maintaining the cleanliness of all bank owned properties in Winona by performing various cleaning duties. Primary Duties:Performs custodial work at all bank owned cleaning of central areas of the bank break room meetings roomsWeekly cleaning of individual officesMonthly cleaning of picture framesRestrooms: Cleans and disinfects sinks countertops toilets mirrors floors etc. Replenishes bathroom supplies. Polishes metalwork such as fixtures and settingsFloors: Sweeps vacuums mops scrub wax and polish floorsBreakroom / Kitchen: Cleans and disinfects sinks countertops tables chairs refrigerators etc. Runs dishwasher and puts dishes away. Replenishes break room furniture equipment partitions and wash desks walls and light fixturesMoves cabinets boxes furniture and equipment to clean stains from such surfaces as rugs drapes walls and floors using chemicals and cleaning walls and woodwork as windows door panels partitions sills all chemicals appropriately on the right surface with the proper dilution housekeeping equipmentFollows safety regulations in the use of equipment and suppliesEmpty wastebaskets and recyclables from all locations and transport to the appropriate area at the main up and take down for evening functions at the Maintenance Supervisor if any building maintenance problems are found. Employee will be expected to complete assignments in a timely will be expected to contribute to a positive working environment through words and will be expected to greet internal and external customers in a friendly and outgoing manner and give outstanding and dependable attendance is an essential function of the Conditions:Work will have some exposure to cleaning Demands/Skill Requirements:Housekeeping experience preferred. Must have well developed problem solving skills. The position is highly physical requiring climbing bending stooping and walking. Must be ability to operate housekeeping tools. Must be able to lift push pull or move up to 50 pounds. Due to this position potentially traveling to different locations in Winona and Goodview a valid drivers license is :Responsible to the Lead Custodian for fulfillment of functions and responsibilities.
