The Position:
Our client is seeking a Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join their outpatient dental team. The Dental Hygienist will provide preventative dental care patient education and support comprehensive oral health services for a diverse patient population. This position works closely with dentists EFDAs dental assistants and other healthcare professionals in a collaborative team-based environment focused on improving patient outcomes and access to quality care.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while maintaining compassionate patient-centered care. This provider will play an important role in promoting preventative dental health and educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $50.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities:
- Part-Time Schedule:
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Every Other Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Provide preventative dental hygiene services including cleanings periodontal charting scaling polishing fluoride treatments and oral health screenings
- Educate patients on oral hygiene preventative care and treatment recommendations
- Assist dentists in identifying oral health conditions and treatment needs
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation within the EMR system
- Provide culturally competent care to a diverse patient population
- Collaborate with dentists EFDAs and dental assistants to deliver efficient patient-centered care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development
- Build strong relationships with patients and community referral sources
Requirements:
- Active and Unrestricted Ohio Dental Hygienist License
- Local Anesthesia Certification Preferred
- CPR Certification
- Comfortable treating both adult and pediatric patients
- Experience working in a dental setting preferred
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
