Part-Time Delivery Check-in Clerk

At Glazers Beer & Beverage we are looking for a dependable detail-oriented Part-Time Delivery Check-in Clerk to support our delivery and warehouse operations by ensuring accurate driver settlements processing returns maintaining records and providing administrative support.

In this role you will work closely with drivers customers and warehouse teams to reconcile invoices and payments manage route and customer information process returns and help ensure daily delivery operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What Youll Do

Accept verify inspect and record invoices and payments according to company policy
Collect and verify Direct Store Delivery (DSD) sheets and provide them to the appropriate departments
Update and maintain driver check-in documents and upload route information
Code product returns organize returned product and support the warehouse front dock
Maintain a clean safe and organized warehouse area
Address shipment concerns and notify a supervisor of shipping or receiving issues
Set up and deactivate customer accounts as needed
Enter customer orders and data and assist with customer issues
Perform general clerical duties including typing filing completing forms answering phones routing calls and taking messages
Operate standard office equipment including computers copiers scanners phones and voicemail systems
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Starting pay: $17.25 per hour

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with inventory control systems
Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent time management skills

Physical Requirements
Ability to sit and use a computer keyboard mouse monitor or adding machine for considerable periods
Occasional walking bending reaching standing and stooping
Occasional lifting lowering pushing carrying or pulling up to 15 pounds
