Part Time Customer Service Representative

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. This role offers the potential to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate. The CSR will primarily handle endorsements policy changes and reviews of policy renewals while providing backend administrative support. This is a fully remote position with a preference for candidates located in Iowa Wisconsin Minnesota Illinois Nebraska or the Kansas City area.

• Hourly Rate: $25$30 per hour (for part-time)
• Hours: 2030 hours per week

• Process endorsements and policy changes efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct reviews of policy renewals to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Provide backend administrative support to assist with daily operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with quoting new and renewal business as needed.

• Education: Bachelors degree required (insurance experience is not mandatory but is a plus).
• Experience: Prior experience in underwriting claims or other insurance-related roles is advantageous but not required.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with relevant software tools is preferred.
