Part Time Cook, Tucker's 16+HR

Tuckers Italian is looking for a part-time cook to join our team in our east-side location. Qualified applicants should have three years experience in a scratch kitchen with a strong foundation in Italian and french cooking techniques.

This person should have a positive attitude be willing to learn be clean and organized and enjoy working with a variety of people.

Responsibilities:

• Prep Prep foods according to specified recipes. Execute items and dishes during service in a timely manner. Follow the directions given by management and work with co-workers as a team.
• Clean and stock - Determine that the workstation are stocked with products needed. Clean and sanitize all work areas.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to follow all safe food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• A good memory to manage multiple orders at the same time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
• Must be able to stand for long periods bend lift and reach over your head
• Must be able to work evenings weekends and some holidays
