• Greet customers in a friendly professional and welcoming manner.
• Accurately receive and process customer payments for vehicle sales service and parts transactions.
• Balance the cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
• Process and electronically deposit checks.
• Enter and maintain customer and vehicle information in dealership systems.
• Scan file and organize dealership documents.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean organized cashier area while providing an exceptional customer experience.

• Previous cashier receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Professional appearance with a positive customer-first attitude.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Basic computer proficiency; Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required.
• Must be available to work evening shifts during the week and every Saturday.
