• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous caregiving experience is an advantage
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Compassionate patient and dependable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and work collaboratively with a team.

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing dressing grooming and hygiene
• Support safe mobility including walking transfers and positioning
• Provide medication reminders as directed
• Prepare nutritious meals that meet clients dietary requirements
• Encourage healthy eating habits and proper hydration
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and community outings as needed
