• Provide porter services by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of assigned facilities throughout the day.
• Clean and restock restrooms.
• Sweep mop scrub steam clean shampoo and polish floors.
• Clean windows glass partitions furniture equipment and other surfaces.
• Perform specialty floor care including stripping sealing finishing and polishing as needed.
• Empty trash and maintain clean waste receptacles.
• Prepare and use cleaning solutions according to company standards.
• Use the company mobile app to clock in/out complete checklists and submit reports.
• Monitor building safety and report maintenance or repair needs to the Site Supervisor.
• Follow all DetailXPerts safety procedures policies and client requirements.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable dependable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass an extensive background check
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent work ethic and customer service skills

• 4:00 PM 10:00 PM

$13.00$15.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
