About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Blue Bird Day you will provide behavior therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ADHD sensory processing disorder and other neurodiverse needs. Youll support our clients cognitive social emotional adaptive and developmental growth.

What Youll Do
- Conduct behavioral assessments and build evidence-based individualized treatment plans
- Coach and support caregivers as true partners in the process
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA students shaping the next generation of clinicians
- Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team
What Youll Bring
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Active Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license through IDFPR
- Experience providing behavior therapy services to children with autism and/or other neurodevelopmental differences
