Job Summary
Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago IL.
Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ADHD sensory processing disorder and other neurodiverse needs. This is an opportunity to combine Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a school-based team-driven program that supports every students growth.

As a clinic-based BCBA at Eyas Landing - Avondale you will provide ABA therapy to foster each students cognitive social emotional adaptive and developmental growth through:
- Providing caregiver coaching and support
- Developing evidence-based individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
- Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions
- Collaborating daily with occupational physical and speech therapists as well as social workers
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Hourly Rate: $36-41/hour
- Paid Time Off
- Generous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributions
- Schedule: Part-Time; between the hours of 8am-2pm
- Location: 3319 N. Elston Ave. Chicago IL (Free onsite parking available)
