Finni Health is seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic mission-driven team!
At Common Ground Learning we provide high-quality ABA services to neurodivergent individuals ages 118 across Boise and the Treasure Valley. Our work is rooted in compassion clinical excellence and a deep commitment to helping each learner thrive.
We specialize in creating individualized meaningful treatment programs that support growth in communication social skills and independence empowering individuals to build and maintain meaningful relationships and reach their fullest potential.
Our Progressive approach to ABA empowers BCBAs with professional autonomy encouraging clinical judgment and in-the-moment decision-making while delivering a thoughtful learner-centered curriculum for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

Training opportunities within the Progressive ABA framework
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Implement behavior plans with ongoing monitoring and evaluation
Collaborate with families caregivers and interdisciplinary professionals
Train and support parents and caregivers
Maintain accurate documentation and data collection
Participate in team meetings and case consultations
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or a related field
Current BCBA certification through the BACB
In-home ABA experience required
Background in early childhood development and education
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and the Progressive approach
Excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide in-home and community-based services
