Part-Time Athletic Events

The Part-Time Athletic Events position provides support for school athletic events and activities as assigned. Responsibilities may include assisting with event operations ensuring activities run smoothly supporting staff and participants and performing duties assigned by the school or athletic department.

• Assist with the setup and operation of athletic events.
• Support school staff during athletic competitions and activities.
• Help ensure a safe and organized event environment.
• Provide assistance to students staff and event participants as needed.
• Perform assigned duties related to athletic event operations.
• Follow school policies and procedures during all events.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (citizenship residency or valid work visa required).
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform assigned duties professionally.
