JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Responsible to the Assistant Director or Area Coordinator for the supervision and administration of a residence hall community and promoting a diversified residential program through a curricular approach. Duties include:
Assisting resident assistants with the development tracking promotion and implementation of programming; administration of daily operations;
community development;
maintaining an effective working relationship with campus partners;
staff selection training supervision and evaluation;
student contact in the areas of counseling conflict mediation and resolution crisis management and discipline.
Provides on-call duty coverage on a rotating basis
Typically requires a Bachelors degree. This is position has potential for both live-on and live-off staff. An on campus apartment will be provided while providing on call coverage. This is a part-time job at 20 hours per week with potential for up to 40 hours on occasion. Start date is as soon as possible.
