Thomas College Mens Basketball is seeking qualified applicants for a part-time Assistant Coach for the NCAA Mens Basketball program.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the program including both competitive success and student-athlete development.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with building and sustaining a strong and organized recruiting pipeline aligned with program needs
• Assist in planning and conducting practices training sessions and individual player development consistent with the Head Coachs vision
• Contribute to match preparation including scouting video analysis and game-day coaching
• Support team operations including travel coordination equipment management and program logistics
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism accountability and commitment to student-athlete well-being
• Ensure full compliance with NCAA Division III North Atlantic Conference (NAC) and Thomas College policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills organizational ability a passion for player development and a commitment to fostering a positive and competitive team culture.

Bachelors degree is required. Must have a valid drivers license and ability to travel regionally. Must have the ability to work evenings/weekends and travel with the team as needed.
