What Youll Do

As an RBT at Spark Learning youll work directly with children and families to help create meaningful progress through play connection and evidence-based intervention.

Responsibilities include:

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Deliver engaging play-based and child-led therapy sessions.
• Teach communication social adaptive daily living and behavioral skills.
• Collect accurate and timely session data.
• Support behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals using evidence-based strategies.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
• Collaborate with BCBAs speech therapists and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in ongoing training mentorship and professional development opportunities.
• Help create a fun supportive and motivating environment where children can thrive.
