Spark Learning is a locally owned family-run company that believes learning should be meaningful play-based and fun! Were looking for a Part-Time After-School Teacher to join our Little Sparks team.

About Little Sparks:
Little Sparks is an inclusive early education program for children ages 26. Our classrooms bring children with and without developmental differences together while incorporating individualized therapy into everyday classroom activities.

What Youll Do:

• Provide care and supervision for a group of children
• Lead fun engaging age-appropriate activities
• Maintain a safe and welcoming classroom
• Encourage positive behaviors independence and social skills
• Collaborate with teachers and our therapy team
• Communicate with families during pick-up
• Most importantly play connect and have fun with our kids!

What Were Looking For:

• Experience working with children
• Positive energetic attitude
• Interest in early childhood and/or developmental differences
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and dependable
• Comfortable receiving feedback and learning new skills
• Able to actively play with children on the floor and lift up to 50 lbs
