Immaculate Heart of Mary School Grand Rapids Michigan Immaculate Heart of Mary School is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Part-Time Accelerated Math Teacher to join our team for the upcoming school year. This position is ideal for an educator who enjoys working with high-achieving students and challenging them to reach their full potential in mathematics. Position Details -Part-time position -Three days per week -Teach two class periods per day -Small-group accelerated math instruction-Prepare students for success in Advanced High School Math coursesResponsibilities -Deliver engaging and rigorous math instruction at an accelerated pace for 5th-7th grade-Challenge students through problem-solving critical thinking and advanced mathematical concepts -Foster a positive and supportive learning environment -Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and families including report cards -Collaborate with school administration and faculty as needed Qualifications -Bachelors degree in Mathematics Education or a related field -Teaching certification preferred -Strong content knowledge in middle school and advanced mathematics-Ability to inspire and motivate high-achieving students -Excellent communication and organizational skillsWhy Join IHM At Immaculate Heart of Mary School we are committed to academic excellence while forming students in faith character and service.
