Position description:

We are seeking a full time entry-level Direct Support Professionals for one of our group homes. No experience is necessary training is provided. The ideal candidate is someone who is a naturally kind and compassionate person that would enjoy helping people and having fun with them.

Our DSPs often take care of daily needs; cooking cleaning transportation medication assistance etc. On occasion they will take individuals bowling or to the movies and often join individuals at church or volunteer events.

The goal is to help our residents feel and become as independent as possible while they live their daily a companion learn to be a caregiver for someone in your community!

Compensation:

$16.00 hour - Rate can increase with documented and verified experience. We also offer a $2 shift differential for applicable 2nd shift hours

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Ohio Drivers License with fewer than 6 points on driving record
• 18 years of age or older
• Able to pass background check
• Must be able to successfully pass adrug screening (including medical marijuana)

A Valid Drivers License in good standing and High School Diploma orG.E.D. are required for this opportunity and will be verified before employment can begin
