Job Summary

Reporting to theParking Directorthe Parking Supervisor will manage day-to-day event parking and transportation at the venueand oversee Parking Ambassadors at the new Ryan Field.
This role pays an hourly rate of $21.00

This position will remain open until November 6 2026.
- Maintaincore values while working onproperty.
- Inspect parking lots several times throughout the day.
- Ensuresafe and efficient traffic patterns for allguests.
- Assist directorwith event day operations ofparkinglotsand trafficflow.
- Ensure event day checklists are followed & completed for the entirety of the event.
- Ensure the campus is set up and lots are ready for the event.
- Report traffic incidents in lots to the manager.
- Perform traffic material/supply inventory along with our parkingoperations.
- Perform inventory management.
- Assist directorby gathering information to respond to guest inquires andinvestigatecomplaints/concerns.
- Assisting with the continuous evaluation and adjustment of the pedestrian and vehicle wayfinding signage program.
- High school education or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of previous experience with event parking operations. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Core customercommunication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Must have flexibility to work shifts on weekdays weekday evenings weekends early mornings and late nights and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Experience working in the customer service industry is a plus.
- Must be able to legallyoperatevehicles.
