We are seeking dependable and customer-focused Event Staff to support parking operations and traffic management during special events. Team members will assist with directing traffic guiding guests to parking areas supporting parking transaction processing at entry and exit points and ensuring a safe and positive experience for all visitors. This role requires strong communication skills a commitment to customer service and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic before during and after events.
Guide vehicles safely into designated parking areas.
Assist guests with directions parking information and event-related questions.
Support parking transaction processing and vehicle flow at entry and exit locations.
Provide friendly professional and responsive customer service at all times.
Monitor parking areas and event grounds for safety concerns or operational issues.
Communicate effectively with supervisors team members and event personnel.
Follow all company policies site procedures and safety regulations.
Assist with crowd management and traffic control as directed.
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
Report accidents incidents hazards or customer concerns immediately to management.
Perform additional event support duties as assigned.
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and stand or walk for extended periods.
Maintain a professional appearance and represent ABM positively throughout all events.
Must be available to work NIGHTS and WEEKENDS
Qualifications
Required: Must be 18 years of age or older No high school diploma GED or college degree required No experience required; on-the-job training provided
Preferred: One (1) year of similar experience preferred
